Shipping within India

NUVORA currently ships within India. Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Delivery estimate

Orders are generally delivered within 3-5 business days after order confirmation. Delivery may take longer for remote locations, public holidays, severe weather, courier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order confirmation and tracking

Cash on Delivery orders may be confirmed using the contact details provided at checkout. When tracking is available, it will be shared through the contact method provided with the order.

Address changes

Please check your name, phone number, PIN code, and delivery address before placing the order. If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately through the Contact page. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been dispatched.

Delivery attempts

Please keep your phone available for courier communication. If delivery cannot be completed because the address is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable, the courier may make another attempt or return the parcel to us.

Delayed, lost, or damaged shipments

If tracking has not updated, the delivery estimate has passed, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact us through the Contact page with your order details. We will review the shipment with the courier and help with the next appropriate step.
